He held positions with increasing responsibility in several Industrial Groups (Finmeccanica – Alenia Aeronautica, Cartiere Burgo and Acea). From 2003 to 2009 he was Executive Vice President of Acea Area Reti and CEO of Acea Distribuzione (second-largest Italian operator in the electrical distribution sector) and of some other companies within the Group.
During 2014 and until April 2015 he was CEO of Tirreno Power, being engaged in a complex process of industrial and debt restructuring (around 900 M€) of the Company.
